i think this quote says pain is something people feel, but most of the time people dont want to hear the truth.
Unfortuantely the bad things in life happen most frequently and are the easiest to come upon. Real truth, or clarified perception, takes time and patience to find, if one can find it at all. Some people spend their entire lives looking for real truth.
that when you are in pain you know it faster than knowing the truth about something. you can be hurt that someone left you or is treating you like shit and then you find out the truth when all is sometime to late. you could do somehting bad or regretful in the process of the pain.
it seems like she was cheated on or something. it's like she is saying it took a long time to figure out what happened, but once the truth came out the pain was immediate.
i think this quote is trying to make people realize that always saying or speaking the truth may be hard. eventual;ly this will come back to haunt us. when somebody hurts us it reaches or hits us pretty hard.
OMG!!! THIS QUOTE IS SOOOOOO EFFIN TRUE MAYNE. IT SEEMS THAT PAIN CAN REACH YOU IN A BLINK OF AN EYE EVERY SECONG OF THE DAY, BUT THAT TO WAIT FOR TRUTH SEEMS LIKE AN ETERNITY.

That is so not true and I am suing! Okay, but if you think about it people are crazy! I mean if this quote is true then people are more likely to be hurt, and believe in pain more then you would truth of a matter. I guess you could say that it's easier to not accept the truth then be pained...
IT IS EXTREMELY EASY TO FEEL PAIN, THE TRUTH DOES NOT HURT UNLESS YOU DECIDE IT WILL. THRUTH IS ABOUT UNDERSTANDING AND BECOMING A STRONGER PERSON, PAIN IS A TWO WAY STREE.( EITHER RUNAWAY OR BECOME STRONGER.
i honestly think that she is trying to say that whatever pain it is like emotionaly or physically it'll come quick towards feelings.
pain moves as fast as you want it to for me i dont have to handel pain ... but when it comes pain moves slow and makes me relive it
